1. What is the Service Fee?

The service fee is charged for sourcing, supplier verification, negotiation, documentation, QC coordination, and shipment assistance provided by Fresh Agri Market.

2. Service Fee Structure

A. Fixed Fee (Small Orders)

• $50 – $150 per order (for orders below $2,000)

B. Percentage-Based Fee (Standard Orders)

• 3% – 8% of total invoice value

C. Project-Based Fee (Large Orders)

• Custom pricing for orders above $20,000
• Includes sourcing, QC, documentation & logistics support

3. What Does the Service Fee Cover?

• Supplier sourcing & verification
• Price negotiation
• Production follow-up
• Quality control coordination
• Export documentation
• Shipment arrangement
• Buyer protection and communication support

4. What Is Not Included?

• Third-party QC inspection (SGS, BV, Intertek)
• Lab testing charges
• International courier fees

• Customs clearance in buyer’s country

5. Payment Terms

• Service fee must be paid before order processing begins
• Non-refundable once production has started
