We work on a transparent commission model (3% – 8%). The rate varies based on commodity volume, technical complexity, and required frequency of on-site inspection.
Payment Methods
We facilitate secure transactions through Irrevocable L/C at Sight, Bank T/T (Advance/Balance), and CAD options, depending on the supplier-buyer credit history.
Transparent Pricing
Fresh Agri Market maintains a strictly “No Hidden Costs” policy. All quotations include clear breakdowns of FOB/CFR costs, agency fees, and logistics overheads.
Quality Commitment
No product leaves the facility without a Final Inspection Report. We welcome 3rd party inspections (SGS/Intertek) as per the buyer’s requirement.
Order Minimums (MOQ)
While we support growing businesses, our standard MOQs are typically 1x20ft Container for Jute/Agro and specific weight limits for Air Freight seafood.
Trade Documentation
We ensure 100% compliance in documentation—providing GSP certificates, Phytosanitary, Health, and Analysis certificates accurately for seamless customs.
Ethical Sourcing
We only partner with factories that strictly adhere to local labor laws, safety standards, and environmental regulations (No Child Labor policy).
Claim Management
In case of quality discrepancies, claims must be filed within 15 days of arrival. We act as your advocate to resolve disputes through negotiation or insurance.
